REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds are available within 7 business days from the date of purchase or renewal of your cloud storage subscription. To be eligible, you must request a refund within this 7-day period.

  2. Refund Process:
    To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at admin@shutters.cloud with your order details, including your account information and the reason for the refund. Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 3 business days.

  3. Refund Approval:
    If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund in your account.

  4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have been used to exceed the allocated storage or where a significant portion of the subscription period has been utilized.

  5. Changes to the Refund Policy:
    Shutters.cloud reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
